3. Disputes

If any provision of this agreement is found wholly or partially unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of that provision and the entire agreement shall be severable and remain in effect. The Client agrees that all disputes between Attorney and Client, including costs, fees, service quality, malpractice claims including breach of fiduciary duty or fraud, will be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to § 1280, et seq., California Code of Civil Procedure, and the parties also agree to use arbitration services from the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Judicate West, or if those are unavailable or unwilling, JAMS.
